1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User", "you") and mywinbox ("mywinbox", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mywinbox website located at mywinbox.club and all associated gaming products, services, software, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Responsibilities

All deposits to your mywinbox account must be made using payment methods approved and listed on the Platform, which include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. mywinbox reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. mywinbox does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source may be frozen pending investigation and returned to their source.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with mywinbox's prevailing withdrawal procedures. To be eligible to withdraw, you must have completed KYC verification and met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds. Withdrawals may take between 30 minutes and 3 business days depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. mywinbox reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.3 Currency
The functional currency of the mywinbox Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Where deposits are made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. mywinbox accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
